Data Holder Explicit Consent

According to Article 6698 “Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)”, my personal data, personal information, contact information, and identity details provided by me in writing, verbally, and/or in digital form — which can identify or be used to identify me — are to be used by AVOCADO TOURISM LİMİTED, and if necessary, shared for reasons covered under Article 6698 “Protection of Personal Data” Law for business purposes with sponsoring companies. In accordance with the usage policy covered under Article 6698, I hereby consent to the use of my personal data and contact information.

• Personal data refers to any information belonging to an identified or identifiable natural person; which is processed wholly or partly by automated means, or by non-automated means as part of a data recording system, and which contains information relating to the identity of the individual; including but not limited to first name and last name.

Within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698, I hereby acknowledge, declare, and undertake that I grant my prior consent to the collection, recording, processing, storage of my personal data and contact information by AVOCADO TOURISM, and to the sharing of said data for commercial purposes with sponsor companies and stakeholders designated by the Board of AVOCADO TOURISM, within the framework of the principles set forth in the said Law.
