By accessing or using this transfer booking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform or make any bookings.
By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.
You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old, or using the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Platform: Web application under the domain www.rivieraviptransfers.com
Booking: “Booking” or “Reservation” refers to a request submitted by a User through the Platform for a transfer service, including details such as pickup location, destination, date, time, and contact information. All Bookings are considered pending upon submission and do not guarantee availability or confirmation of the requested service until explicitly accepted by the Company.
Inquiry: refers to a request submitted by a User through the Platform to obtain information regarding the availability, options, or pricing of services, including tours and vehicle rentals. An Inquiry is not a Booking and does not create any obligation or guarantee from the Company. All responses to Inquiries are subject to availability and may change until a Booking is confirmed by the Company.
Transfer: refers to a pre-arranged private transportation service provided through the Platform, in which a User is transported from a specified pickup location to a specified destination at an agreed date and time. Transfers are based on the information submitted by the User and are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company. Transfer services are limited to transportation only and do not include guided tours, vehicle rentals, or other travel-related services unless explicitly stated on the Platform.
The Platform provides private transfer services between specified locations, including but not limited to airport transfers, hotel transfers, and point-to-point transportation.
All transfer services are subject to availability and are arranged based on the details submitted by the User at the time of the Booking request, including but not limited to pickup location, destination, date, time, and passenger information.
The Company may provide the transfer service directly or arrange it through third-party drivers or service providers. In such cases, the Company acts as an intermediary to facilitate the transfer.
Transfer services are limited to transportation only. Guided tours, vehicle rentals, and other travel-related services are not included within transfer services and are subject to separate terms and conditions as outlined in their respective sections on the Platform.
The Company reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any part of the transfer services where necessary for operational, safety, or legal reasons.
Users may create a Booking by selecting a route, preferred date and time, and an available service package through the Platform. Each package includes predefined features and conditions that are displayed at the time of selection and form part of the Booking request.
Once the required information is completed and submitted, the Booking is transmitted to the Company for review. At this stage, the Booking is considered a pending request and does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
The Company reviews each Booking request based on availability, operational capacity, and the details provided by the User. The Company may accept or reject a Booking request at its sole discretion.
If a Booking request is accepted, the User will be notified and the Booking will be considered confirmed. If a Booking request is rejected, the User will be informed accordingly, and no service obligation will arise.
Submission of a Booking request does not guarantee availability, acceptance, or provision of the requested service until confirmation is explicitly provided by the Company.
The Platform offers different service packages for Transfers, Tours, and Vehicle Rentals. Each package includes a predefined set of features, service conditions, and pricing elements that are displayed to the User at the time of selection.
The content, inclusions, and limitations of each package are determined by the Company and may vary depending on the selected service type, route, date, availability, or operational conditions. The User is responsible for reviewing the details of the selected package before submitting a Booking or Inquiry.
All prices displayed on the Platform are indicative and may be subject to confirmation based on availability, seasonality, demand, or changes in service requirements. The final price applicable to a Booking or confirmed service will be communicated to the User prior to confirmation by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any package, including its features and pricing, at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect Bookings or confirmed services that have already been accepted by the Company.
Any additional services requested by the User that are not included in the selected package may be subject to extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon separately before being applied.
A Booking is considered confirmed only when the Company explicitly accepts the Booking request and notifies the User of such acceptance through the Platform or other communication channels.
Until confirmation is provided, all Booking requests remain subject to availability, review, and approval, and do not constitute a binding agreement for the provision of services.
Where applicable, the Company may require full or partial payment before or after confirmation of a Booking. The payment requirements, timing, and method will be clearly communicated to the User during the Booking process or upon confirmation.
In cases where payment is required in advance, the Booking will not be considered fully confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received and verified by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend any Booking that has not been paid in accordance with the stated payment conditions, or where payment verification fails.
All prices and payment conditions are set out in the applicable package details and may vary depending on the selected service type, route, date, and other operational factors.
Users may request cancellation of a Booking by contacting the Company through the Platform or designated communication channels. Cancellation requests are only considered valid once they are received and acknowledged by the Company.
The eligibility for cancellation and any applicable refund depends on the timing of the cancellation request, the status of the Booking, and the type of service or package selected.
If a Booking has not yet been confirmed by the Company, it may be cancelled without charge. If a Booking has already been confirmed, cancellation may be subject to administrative fees or partial/non-refundable conditions depending on operational arrangements and third-party costs.
In cases where the service has already been provided or is in progress, no refund will be issued.
Failure of the User to be present at the agreed pickup location and time (commonly referred to as a “no-show”) may be treated as a completed service, and no refund will be granted.
The Company reserves the right to cancel a Booking at any time due to operational, safety, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the User will be informed as soon as possible and, where applicable, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on the situation.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and within a reasonable timeframe, subject to processing times of third-party payment providers.
Users may request changes to a submitted or confirmed Booking, including modifications to the date, time, route, package, or passenger details, by contacting the Company through the Platform or designated communication channels.
All modification requests are subject to availability and operational feasibility. The Company does not guarantee that any requested change can be accommodated.
For Bookings that have not yet been confirmed, changes may generally be made without restriction, provided the updated details are submitted before confirmation.
For confirmed Bookings, modification requests may be subject to additional charges, price adjustments, or service limitations depending on the nature of the change and any third-party arrangements already made.
Significant changes, including but not limited to changes in route, service type, or date, may be treated as a new Booking request and may require separate review and confirmation by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to refuse modification requests where changes are not operationally possible or would reasonably affect service delivery.
Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using the Platform, including but not limited to pickup location, destination, date and time of service, passenger details, and contact information. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User.
Users are responsible for being present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in the service being treated as a no-show, in which case no refund will be issued.
Users must ensure they are reachable via the contact details provided at the time of Booking. This includes responding to calls or messages from the Company or service providers when necessary for coordination purposes.
Users agree to use the Platform and services in a lawful, respectful, and appropriate manner. Any misuse of the Platform, including fraudulent bookings, abusive behavior, or attempts to disrupt services, may result in suspension or termination of access.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they and their luggage comply with any applicable safety, size, or transport limitations communicated during the Booking process or by the Company prior to service delivery.
The User is responsible for providing an accurate pickup location and ensuring that the location is accessible for the provision of the service. The Company is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible pickup information.
The User must be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time. The Company or assigned driver may apply a reasonable waiting time at pickup. If the User is not present or reachable within this waiting period, the service may be treated as a no-show.
Delays caused by external factors such as traffic, road conditions, weather, or flight delays are not the responsibility of the Company. However, the Company will make reasonable efforts to adjust service timing where possible.
The service will be provided strictly according to the details confirmed in the Booking. Any additional stops, route changes, or requests during the transfer may be accepted at the discretion of the driver or Company and may be subject to additional charges.
For safety and operational reasons, the Company reserves the right to refuse service if conditions at pickup or during the transfer are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the agreed Booking details.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate any Booking or ongoing service at its sole discretion where necessary for operational, safety, legal, or security reasons.
Service may be refused or terminated in cases including but not limited to: provision of false or misleading information by the User, abusive or inappropriate behavior toward staff or drivers, violation of applicable laws, or any condition that may compromise the safety or proper execution of the service.
The Company may also refuse or cancel a Booking if the service cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle unavailability, extreme weather conditions, road closures, or other force majeure events.
In the event of refusal or termination after a Booking has been confirmed, the Company may, where applicable and depending on the circumstances, offer a partial refund or alternative solution. No refund shall be required where termination is caused by the User’s breach of these Terms.
The Company shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the refusal or termination of service in accordance with this section.
The Company is responsible for providing or arranging the transfer service in accordance with the confirmed Booking details and for making reasonable efforts to ensure that services are delivered in a professional and timely manner.
However, the Company shall not be held liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform the service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, strikes, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.
The Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from service delays or interruptions, including but not limited to missed flights, connections, or other travel arrangements.
While the Company will make reasonable efforts to adjust or reschedule services where possible in such situations, no guarantee can be given that services will be completed as originally planned under force majeure conditions.
The Company’s liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid by the User for the specific affected service.
